ITINERARY:

Day 1 – Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 10:00 am to take the route toward the town of Ollantaytambo (2 hrs travel time) from where we will board the train that will take us to Aguas Calientes town, on the way we will be able to appreciate the Peruvian Andes as well as the enormous crop fields.

At your arrival to the train station a person will be waiting to take you to your hotel or hostel where you will spend the night.

You will have the afternoon free to visit the village and its thermal baths open until 22:00 hrs every day.

The tour guide will be meeeting with you in your hotel at night to coordinate the schudale to visit the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu the next day.

Day 2 – Aguas Calientes- Machu Picchu – Cusco

After enjoying the delicious breakfast in the hostel we will leave very early to the bus station to take the bus to the citadel of Machu Picchu, at the door of income will be waiting for you the guide to be able to join the group and start with a guided tour of 2 hours inside the Sanctuary.

At the end of the Guided tour you will have time to visit the citadel for your account before returning to the town of Aguas Calientes.

By the evening we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo in train which will be waiting for the shuttle for the return in tourist transport to the city of Cusco.
