How can I get a quotation?

How will I find my driver/ + Guide at the airport?

Your drive/+ Guider will be waiting for you with a name sign as you exit customs and will lead you to your transportation. Keep a look out for our logo and your name or group name.

Is safe the transportation?

Yes, The transportation is totally safe, the units are inspected constantly and the drivers are totally trained.

Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your booking Free of Charge if the new details do not affect the price. There may be an increase or reduction of the price if the new journey involves further distance or time, different vehicle type or number of passengers.

I have not received email confirmation, is my booking confirmed?

When your reservation is confirmed we will email you the booking confirmation to the email address provided during the reservation process. If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us. Please remember to check you spam or junk email folders, before contacting us.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated.

Will I be sharing the vehicle with other passengers?

For all the private and VIP Transfers you and your group will be the sole occupants of the vehicle.

Does the airport transfer take us directly to our hotel?

Yes, The private and VIP transfer will take you directly to your hotel.

Are there any extra charges?

All costs will be shown at the time of booking. The confirmation sent to your email containing the total price. Has all taxes and There are no hidden charges.

My flight details have changed, do I need to inform you?

Please inform us of any changes to your flight schedule as soon as possible and we will update your reservation. There is no charge for making changes to your flight details.

Accept credit card payments?

Yes, you can make your payment by credit card only paying with paypal. Payment upon arrival only applies at pay with cash.

Is safe the booking process with paypal?

Yes, The booking process with paypal is completely secure. The reservation only is confirmed by paypal when you’re redirected back to this site again. Please be patient
